A late fee of  $10 will be added to tuition that is paid after the 15th. Tuition will not be pro-rated for any missed classes, make-up classes, or for holidays that the gym is closed. In case of injury, a doctor's note specifying the injury and the expected time that the student will be unable to participate in gymnastics is required in order to avoid tuition charges for the time the student will not be able to come to the gym

Class Schedule: The class schedule may be changed at any time. A minimum of four students is required to keep a class open. Students in a class with less than 4 students will be transferred to another class time.

Drop of Procedure: Please plan to arrive about 5 minute before class so that you are not late. Parents, do not go into the gym to drop your child off or to pick them up. Students will be told when they can go in to begin the class, and are not allowed in the gym before that time. If the student misses the warm up at the beginning of class, they will have to warm up before joining any gymnastics activity.
